How to Apply

Before beginning the application process, please be sure to read the following instructions. You’ll want to print the Guidelines and Award Details document, as well as these instructions, to keep as a reference about program procedures and important dates.

This is a competitive program. Your application is evaluated on the information supplied; therefore, answer all applicable questions as completely as possible. Read and follow the instructions provided for each section of the application.

To complete your application, you will need the following information:

– Parent or guardian contact’s telephone number and email address

– List of classes you have taken, along with grades (Please note that class work and grades are self-reported for the first phase of the application. However, if you are selected as a finalist, we will ask for verification of grades.)

– A list of extracurricular activities as well as a list of community service activities, including a description of your contribution to each activity

– We also request a short statement of your educational and career goals. “Undecided” is a fine response. Tell us about your interests. We understand students in high school and college are exploring and discovering career possibilities.

Please note, the majority of the decision is based on performance metrics. Though required, the short statement is more informational and not a major factor in our scholarship decisions.

– Summer program you wish to attend

Please include contact information, web site, cost, and dates of the camp.
